| how do you know it reads the USB? Does it display anything on the LCD?
If pressing the CD button doesn't toggle the display between CD and EX, you'll probably need to do what I did above....
2004 Mazda6 has the CD Exchange port disabled. Why, I donno...
Your adapter is working, but the signal can't get through to the HU. You might need to hot wire L716.
