Mysterious movie?

I remember one night after playing playstation or watching a movie or whatever it was, my brother and I flicked the channel over and saw this hot woman swimming, slow motion climbing the pool ladder, bit of a hair flick and then the most awesome and hilarious part (still in slow motion) she does the bush hanky (finger over one side of the nose and blow the snot out the other nostril.)

That's all I remember from it, just wondering if anybody has any clue what movie this could be? It would probably have been about 5 years ago I saw this, and it was late night tv, so the movie's probably about 10 years old I'd guess.

I don't have high hopes, but any input would be appreciated!
